The first Jazz Cafe was a wonderful night of jazz and good company, and the hall was full of atmosphere as the tunes of the school jazz bands played - the 5/6 Jazz Ensemble, 7/8 Jazz Ensemble, the Glenaeon Jazz Combo and the Glenaeon Big Band. Thanks to ensemble directors Philip Arnold and Adriaan Mees, Bryn Arnold, students and their families, parent organisers (especially Samantha Graham), Liz Neveive and Dani Finch for making the night possible and assisting in managing the first ever cafe night - may there be many more
